Is Discharge Of Brownish Lumps From The Vagina A Concern?

Hi, I am having my second period of the month, and today light brown/pink tissue clumps started coming out. I don t know if this is cause for me to go to the gyno but this has never happened before. The clumps are small and thick but there are lots of them.
