Hello,
Feeling of high body temperature occurs when the metabolic rate is higher. This can happen with pregnancy. Also, since you have had the embryo transfer, you are likely to have had some dryness of the genital region during the procedure as a consequence of the sterile precautions that are usually followed and this could be the reason for the burning sensation felt. Yet, it is better to have a urinalysis performed to exclude infection. Dizziness can be a consequence of the procedure. Please get help from your doctor as needed. Take care.
