I have always been dizzy now that I am nearing 60 it is getting worse. I have been to an ENT person and nothing has been found. I have had the procedure that is supposed to loosen the crystals in your ears this did not help. I have osteopenia getting close to osteoporosis. If I fall I can break. Is there help or am I to suffer. (I do know that all of us women are hysterical). My dizziness may get me fired from my job is I fall at work. My quality of life is getting works. What do I do? Oh and I live in third world conditions or the State of Alaska.

Is Dizziness Common In Old Age?
Hello, As per your history, it may be due to hypoglycemia or hypotension. For that you may require fasting and postprandial sugar levels after physician consultation. Do regular blood pressure monitoring. Keep your self hydrated. Take balanced diet. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shyam B.
