Is Drowsiness A Side Effect Of Nortriptyline Pills?
Hello I take norytriptyline starter pack 10mg i took one pill this my first time taking it it s only been day one I take it at night and I feel so exhausted low energy and so tired I just want to sleep am I supposed to feel like this I take this for pain for my migraine headaches

Nortriptiyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. Some of my patients who are put on it for various conditions, feel very tired and sleepy with it, even though the side effects may be less than certain other drugs like Amitriptyline. It may pass in a week or so but if it is persistent, you could request your doctor to give you some other medicines to prevent migraine without producing sedation.
