I am 26 years old with 5.9 inch height and 94 kg weight, I am overweight. My question is , is eating oatmeal after workout good or bad? I mean my gym instructor advised not to, cause carbs in Oats get converted into fats eating it after work out . Please suggest
You should work out more in gym...but that should be gradually increasing work out. Secondly instead of having a specific type of food or avoiding it, get your diet charted by a dietician. He will calculate the calories needed by you in a day to lose weight, and chart your diet accordingly.
