Hi,

Eating rice daily is not good for health unless portion control is followed. Instead of rice, one can try millets, brown rice, lower GI rice, or mixed rice with millets. Also, taking veggies with every meal will reduce hunger frequency. Taking berries and strawberries will help sugar craving reduction.

For toothache, it is better to get examined and for lack of blood, please get complete hemogram, iron and vitamin profile.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
