Is Epididymitis Linked With Premature Ejaculation?

hi, I went to a hospital and had a physical exam, the doctor thought i had something called epididymitis I believe. He gave me a sheet for antibiotics but i lost it, soo 2 questions 1 kinda random but 1 do i go back to the hospital? or if i go to a walk in clinic and tell the doc there can he just write me a precription? 2 ive read that epididymitis has been linked to premature ejaculation is that true?
