I think the article I just read about Breast Reduction Surgery answered my question. My daughter is scheduled for Breast reduction surgery in a couple of weeks. I wanted to find out whether or not exercise would help reduce their size instead of having the surgery, the article says no . Another question arose for me that I want my daughter to ask her surgeon and her insurance company, as her surgery was approved by her insurance company. That issue is about the amount of tissue the doctor has to remove in order for the insurance company to approve. Thank you for the information.
