Is Extreme Tight Shoulders And Pain In Neck, Light Fizzing In Arms After Increased Physical Activity Serious?

Hello, as a fitness instructor I have recently been overloading my body up to 7 classes a day and have been experiencing extreme tight shoulders and neck pain, last night my lower arms and hands have been having a fizzing experience down to my hands, it's not pins and needles but just light fizzing, it's been like it all day. Do I need a good sports massage or is this something untoward?? Am starting to get worried.
Many thanks

Hi,
Every thing in excess is always to be avoided.
Over exercise can also produce fatigue and tiredness, stiffness of muscles.
Avoid doing over exercise.
Give rest to the body and relax.
Ok and take care.
