Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

It sounds as if the ophthalmologist and neurologist have teamed up together to discover that the root of the problem for your mother's severe left-sided headaches are due to ocular infection.

As soon as your mother recovers from the infection in the eye or the orbital region the headaches will likely disappear as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
