Is Fatigue With Squeezing Feeling In The Middle Of Chest Concerning?

Been feeling, tired, worn out from yesterday. Went shopping got light headed, thought going to faint. This morning awoke tired but got up carried on. Thought I was maybe having anxiety attack. Took 1/2 alprazolam to calm down. Little while ago sat to watch TV had couple of squeeze feeling in the middle of my chest. Plan to call Doc tomorrow. BP is 126/89, pulse 74. Wait til tomorrow OK? No pain.

I get the impression that this might be related to increased acidity. Consider T. Pantoprazole 40mg before meal once a day. If no relief you can consider your family physician.
