Is Feeling Dizziness Normal After Hitting Head To Door?

i hit my head a week ago on a stable door, had a head ache for a few days then was fine but the last night and this morning i feel really dizzy? is this normal? I have a bruise over my right eye and a small swelling that is sore to touch but apart from that the head doesnt hurt
