Is Feeling Of Small Tearing While Bending During Pregnancy Serious?

7 months pregnant
I am 7 months and I get this feeling when I move heavy things or bend down to get something. It feels like a small tearing is happening below but when I stop doing whatever I was doing it fades away. What is the cause of this and should I call my doctor?

Hi,
I have read your query & understand the concern.
By 7 months there is full development of baby, this is the time when it starts descending down the pelvic brim due to it's own weight.when you are lifting heavy object or bending down the down words pressure increases,& creates the baby decends down a bit more. however,
- due to individual perception of the pressure/psychological tension,
- some weakness of mouth of uterus,
- pubic bone weakness due to vitamin D defeciensy
may result in tearing sensation, which needs to be evaluated by examination/USG scan/Xray by a gynaecologist & managed specifically thereafter as per need.
Thanks.
