Is Fefol Pills Safe During First Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I am 27 seven years old. It is my second pregnancy. My height is 1.60 meters and my weight is 59 kilos. My first child is 1 year and 4 months old.I am 9 weeks pregnant. I have been taking FEFOL for 3 weeks. is it bad to take FEFOL during the first trimester?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion fefol tablet has folic acid which is must to be taken in first trimester.It is necessary for proper growth of fetus .It is very essential.
