Is Fertab 50 Effective In Helping To Conceive?
i have been trying for my second baby one year and few months. after a year i went to the doctor and suggested to take letroz for five days two tabs daily plus and pregnyl injection and still no result. This month doctor prescribed a fertab 50 and suggested that small changes might work especially that my husband and i habe no problem and we have healthy life cycle. My question is will the fertab 50 will let me concieve and get pregnant any soon?

Fertab 50 mg contains clomiphene which is used to treat female infertility. It helps in normal development of an egg in a woman's ovary and stimulates the release of a healthy, matured egg. This helps to treat infertility in women and increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. It is commonly used in women who are taking treatment for ovulation related issues or for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Take this medication in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. It is not a safe medication for long time use, hence it is usually advisable for a period of 3 menstrual cycles. Before starting this medication, your doctor should know about all other medications you are taking as many of these may make this medication less effective or change the way it works.
