Is Fever Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes A Matter Of Concern?

I haven t been feeling well for just a day or two. I feel like I have a fever yet when I take my temperature it is reading 96.8. Is that something I should be concerned about? I also have a tender, swollen gland on the left side of my neck and had cramps and the runs today. This has only been going on for two days, but he low temp. is unusually for me.
