Is Fibromyalgia, Related With Reflux And Constipation?

I was recently diagnosed with refleux and gastritis. After two months of taking Nexium 40mgs 2x a day, i am still having rib pain and breastbone pain. My gastro thinks it's not related and might be fibromyalgia. I also had bronchitis a month or so ago. My pain seems to be relieved somewhat after a bowel movement though. I have IBS with constipation. Please help.

Hello. This isn't related to fibromyalgia at all. You may either have an H pylori bacterial stomach infection or a peptic ulcer or both, so if you haven't been evaluated for those, that would be my next step.
