Is Flying During Initial Weeks Of Pregnancy Safe?
We are planning to have a second baby this year. But we are expecting an travel abroad in another 1 months time to USA for my work assignment. She is not yet concieved. Is it safe to have a flight journey during the initial phase of pregnancy? My wife is in late 20s , she is also taking medication for hypothyroidsm(25 mg) and I am in the late 30s.

First you have to start searching. It is not meant that with the first try, she will get pregnant. Also you can not wait to settle all the down and then try. So, if you are ready and have done all the preconceptional analysis, try for another pregnancy.
