Is Focal Heterogeneous Enlargement On The Left Lobe Of The Liver A Symptom Of A Serious Ailment?

I have just done the ultrasound scan and the results say I have a focal heterogeneous enlargement on the left lobe of the liver. Gallbladder and spleen appear normal. Is this bad? I seldom drink. I don t smoke. I am not even overweight. Please advise. Thank you!
