Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Yes,your symptoms may be related to food poisoning.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
1) Avoid solid foods until vomiting ends. Then eat light, bland foods, such as saltine crackers, bananas, rice, or bread.
2) Sipping liquids may help avoid vomiting.
3)Don't eat fried, greasy, spicy, or sweet foods.
4)Don't take anti-nausea or anti-diarrhea medication.
If you don't get better see a local doctor.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
