Is Foot/leg Pain Associate With Frequent Diarrhea?

Hi, my 7 year old son has loose stool more often than not; he also complains often that his legs hurt (so bad that he "wishes he could die". Two months ago he had strep, recovered thanks to the antibiotics, and then came down with it again 2 weeks later. He is better from that, thankfully, but now he is throwing up on and off, with diahrea often and leg and foot pain constantly. We are taking him to the doctors often, but they can't seem to piece any of this together. Any suggestions?
