Is Foul Smelling Of Nose Normal Post Tooth Root Canal Treatment?

Hello Doctor I had done with left last tooth root canal 1 year ago, now I got cold for last 2 weeks and it got solidified in my nostril. When I inhale I can sense some nasty smell from my nose. Is it because of wrong root canal or because of heavy cold ?

Hi ,
I have gone through your query and it suggest that your foul odour is related to cold not the RCT .
Their is no relation of teeth and nose, in case of RCT failure it cause pain or formation of peri apical abscess, if filling is distorted of RCT treated tooth and food lodgement is their then it may cause production of foul odour or if cap is present over RCT treated tooth, it may too cause production of foul odour if proper fitting is not their.
thanks
