Frequent masturbation is unlikely to cause any physical harm. It is not related to any disease in body and has no relation to development of prostate cancer. If you found anybody with this history developing a prostate cancer, it is merely a chance factor. Prostate cancer has only one significant association, i. e. family history. If a first degree relative (brother or father) had a prostate cancer, then the chance increases almost 10 times as compared to general population.
