Is Frequent Passing Of Smelly, Yellow, Acidic Stools With Pieces Of Undigested Food Normal In A Child?

Hi My son is 2 year's old. He had diarrhea at the beginning of December and was fine after that. However on tuesday I took him to the GP again cause he was having a lot of diapers. They tested a stool sample, but it came back normal. I give him Tasectan every 6 hours and probiflora since Tuesday. He still has 6 diapers a day though of which one smells acidic and is yellow in coloration. the others are more a "normal" color but have pieces of undigested food. I'm scared he is losing weight. Still eating and drinking normally and no other symptoms. any suggestions please?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern, and would like to say that this is normal, just you have to do is stop the medicine, if the child is playful and does not have any complain then no need to give any medicine, what ever the consistency of stool this could be due to the given medicine, and nothing else, but this will comes to the normal soon take care of your son, have nice day.
