Is Gas Bubble Without Silicone Oil Recommended For Retinal Detachment?
I am scheduled for a second vitrectomy next monday, 3-20-2017. A detached retina in jan. 2017 led to vitrectomy with laser and gas bubble. now the gas bubble has shrunk with signs of retinal detaching again. dr. wants to use silicone oil this time...........I scared. Would another gas bubble be worth a try again or should I go with dr.?
