Is Gas Problem Caused Due To Acidity?

Sir having continuous gas problem it is due to acidity or what? Since last one year now the trouble is more now i have taken 10 days medicine for acidity and gas. the medicine is Happy D & Al5zyme but it is not cured so kindly advise what i have to do? also consuming alow vera juice.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should continue with the medicines you are taking.
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.
7.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
8.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc
9.Avoid eating fast.
10.Avoid talking while eating.
