Is Glucose Problems Related With Dry Mouth, Frequent Urination & Blurry Vision?

Hi--for the past week or two I have noticed that I have been very thirsty but always seem to have a dry mouth, I have to urinate often, have been having issues with blurred vision, and I have had much less energy than normal. I am a 24-year-old female--5 5 or 5 6 --between 135 and 140 pounds. I have problems with what I think are food sensitivities/gluten intolerance and eat, for the most part, very healthily. From symptom checkers online, this sounds like a glucose problem of some sort. Any suggestions/advice?

these are some of symptoms in diabetes. blood sugar test may be done. this may be in state of anxiety or urinary tract infection. tests will clarify the cause.
