Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Gluten and hypothyroidism has no relationship with each other.
Do a thyroid function test and adjust thyroxine accordingly.
Gluten sensitivity and hypothyroidism may coexist together in some people. However, eating gluten free diet doesn’t cure the thyroid disease.
Consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated.
Wishing you good health.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
