Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of
abdominal pain and all 10 symptoms since 3/19/14 when a pallet jack knocked you on the right side of the abdomen and to become unconscious and fell on the floor. Also noted your query about whether there is a
chronic appendicitis and can green poop be a sign of appendicitis...
Green poop/stool is usually indicative of an intestinal infection and can be diagnosed by
stool test, and can give almost all symptoms like appendicitis as appendix is a part of the intestines where the
small intestine ends into large intestine and hence appendix can get infected when the intestines in this area get infected.
There is nothing like chronic appendicitis, it is usually an acute attack that gives symptoms.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
High resolution of abdomen and preferably CT scan of the abdomen as it is diagnostic most of the times.
Proper clinical evaluation, examination preferably by a
General Surgeon can give you the most appropriate diagnosis and the plan for treatment.
