Is Grey Poop Followed By Vomiting A Cause For Worry?
my 18 month old threw up on Saturday morning (it is now Monday lunchtime) and was off his food all weekend. Daycare just phoned and said he has just had a wierd grey poo, and they haven't seen anything like this before. SHould I be worried? He has been eating today.

Change of color of stool may be due to some change in the diet.
If the same color is continued for some more days with increased frequency or associated with vomiting then you can see a pediatrician.
