Is Having A Bigger And Longer Than Normal Meatus Okay? Is It A Serious Concern?

Hello,
I have a question regarding the meatus. Recently, my boy friend and I were engaging in sexual activities when I happened to notice the hole in his penis (the meatus, I believe) looked...bigger or longer than normal. Almost like it tore. I didn't say anything to him because I didn't want to make him embarrassed. But I'm asking if it is normal or not because if it is something serious he needs to know. Thank you!

As your question the meatus size , if it bigger than the normal size it doesnt cause any problem usually.
I didnt see any problem regarding the bigger meatus size in my practice.
So dont mind if it doesnt causing any problem
