Is Having Coconut Water And Bananas Good In A Pregnancy?
My wife is 2months pregnant and she is felling vomiting and because of it, she is having food only once in the day, but she will have bananas,coconut water and fruits daily. I want to know whether having coconut water and bananas is good at this time.
Banana and coconut water are having very good nutritive value. Hence they are very good during pregnancy.
Banana gives good number of calories along with all the required nutritive components. It gives balanced electrolytes also. Further if taken in cold milk, it helps to drive away the nausea.
Fruits also have the same qualities, may be certain ingredients in different compositions.
