Hello my baby fell from the bed its not to high to be exact it's at ground level, he did cry a little he seems to be doinh fine but my main concern is tjat he has a little dent at the back of his head, sglhould i call his doctor, or take him to the E.R

if he is otherwise well then no you do not need to take him to the doctor this should
improve with time. if he becomes sleepy and is unrousable or starts to vomit your should go to the ER.
