I have what is commonly called a charlie horse (muscle cramps) in my legs about 3 times a week when I am in bed. Is this a sign of a more serious problem? I take 500 mg. of Magnesium and vitamins and potasium each day, and also on blood pressure meds and warafin because I had a pulmanary embolism. I am a 72 year old female.
