Hello, i m 19 and i do sex with my girlfriend. i wanted to know that can i do sex while she is on period tell me what you know please. will it be hygenic.

No medical reason you can't. Just don't have a tampon in there.
Some guys are into it since you can't get pregnant. Other guys are scared off.
Either way there is nothing physically stopping you from doing it.
