Is Headache Due To Light Exposure A Sign Of Migraine, Sinus Or Hydrocephalus?
I am having severe pulsating headache with heaviness in head. I feel like pressure in head and feel like low oxygen in the head. It worsens while bending down and waking up. Also it worsens when exposed to extreme light and sound. I m confused whether I have migraine, sinus headache or hydrocephalus.

In my opinion, migraine is the most likely diagnosis.
Other conditions mentioned by you, if suspected after a medical examination, may require imaging of the brain.
