Hello,

Headache can be the symptom of many diseases, and it's common in typhoid. If your mom is having headache I suggest to take some pain killer like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen, and keep on to the treatment for typhoid, it will make her feel better in a few days. Keep a record of the symptoms (fever, chills, headache, nausea, pain, and rash) and if she's not getting better or starts with disorientation, delirium or stupor, please contact your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arturo Benítez-Serrato
