Is Headache, cramping And Nausea Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 14 days late on my menstral cycle. I have been stressed with things in my life but I have had this stress before and my period always starts on time! Often times early.. My period usually last longer from stress. I have headaches, minor cramping, no sore breast, but a little nausea, and not much eating. I took a UPT on day 12 and it came back negative. What's wrong with me?

Hi,
Since you have had a negative urine test, you are unlikely to be pregnant and this delay could be hormonal and related to stress. Yet, since you have never missed a period like this, it becomes necessary to counter check with a blood test for pregnancy followed by a specialist examination and a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the situation. Your symptoms are non-specific and could be related to premenstrual phase or early pregnancy and need to be substantiated by clinical evidence. Hope this helps.
