Is Headache,cramping And Spotting Sign Of Pregnancy?

i have taken a pregnancy test and on the box it says to wait 2-5 minutes for a full results with my experience with pregnancy tests i only waited 2 because it came back negative like always but then i looked at the test again the next day and there was a faint positive but now its fading away but now i have all these symptoms like sickness(but not getting sick),headaches,feeling uncomfortable,cramps,i started bleeding alittle today and still is,and i feel a tight feeling in my stomach what does it mean im confused because of the pregnancy test

Hallow madam,

How many days after missing your period did you carry out urine pregnancy test? These tests done after 8-10 days are more reliable. Earlier, they may show false negative results.

If you have done the test after about a week of the missed period and the test is faint suggesting week positive, you have to report to the Obstetrician. Week positive test may indicate ectopic pregnancy also. Moreover, you have started bleeding also. Is this bleeding associated with pain in abdomen, if so, keeping in mind the possibility of ectopic pregnancy you have to rush to the Obstetrician. Tight feeling in the abdomen also is supporting the suspicion of ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a hemorrhagic emergency due to rupture of the tube in which the pregnancy was implanted.

If you have performed the test too early, it could be the reason of faint positive result. In that case wait for few days and repeat the test. If still it is faint, report to the doctor. If it is strong positive, you are pregnant.

It is better to err on safer side. Hence advice to report to the Obstetrician.
