Is Heart Burn And Tingling In Arm Due To Non Stop Sinus Congestion?

good morning,i am a female 47 yrs old and have non stop sinus congestion. i had pollups removed 5 years ago and all thou i had a short time of relief a few months i continue to worsen and now i am no able to smell anything good bad very good or very bad smells. i experince heart burn daily and my left arm will tingle several time a day. i can not help but believe they are all caused by the same problem. any suggestions?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have heart burn and tingling in arm along with sinus congestion . Well it doesn't seems to me that the symptoms like heart burn are due to sinus congestion. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like asthma , migraine , neuropathy , chest trauma , cervical spondylosis , angina or sinusitis .I would suggest you to consult cardiologist first to rule out more serious condition and treatment. Doctor may order ECG , TMt along with complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , beta blockers , aspirin and diuretics . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for acid reflux or ENT specialist for sinus . For now take steam , take proper rest , eat light and non spicy , keep your head elevated while sleeping , take antacid after every meal and apply warm compresses on chest .
