Is Heavy Periods With Symptoms Signs Of Pregnancy?

i had unprotected sex a few weeks before my period was due. my period was suppose to start may 23 and it didnt start until may 28th and when it did start it was really heavy and lasted for about 3 days ive been having pregnancy symptoms as well... could i be pregnant or could it be something else?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion better consult gynae and get an ultrasound to know the cause of such heavy bleeding like abnormal pregnancy ie., abortion.sometimes there can be spontaneous abortion.so it might be the case.ultrasound will also confirm diagnosis if any and will help you get apt treatment.
