Hello,

In the early stage of hepatitis, there might not be full of clinical symptoms. It might be an early stage of hepatitis. To investigate with ultrasound abdomen, SGPT, SGOT and HAV ab testing, HBsAg testing, Anti HCV ab testing by Elisa. If the liver condition does not present and all normal, then rule out hemolytic anemia by serum LDH and peripheral smear examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
