Is Hepatomegaly A Cause For Concern?

Sir, According to Doctor Sonography (USG of whole abdomen) report found that : Liver is enlarged in size (145mm)with normal echogenicity. Impression : Hepatomegaly. Gassy Bowel. Please sir, Is it Curable ? And suggest for medicine .
