Is Heprin Injection Better Option Than Loprin?
hi i m 31 yr old my lmp was 28 june 2012...had ultrasound on 23 august which showed very low heart beat coz of low blood suppy ...i was prescribed loprin 75 in morning and loprin 125 in night during my whole pregnancy to thinner the blood and help smooth flow...is heprin injection better option than loprin

Loprin is aspirin and its action is different from heparin. Heparin is given as injection for dissolving a clot where as loprin is given to prevent clot formation in major and minor arteries as prophylaxis. I am not sure what exactly is your underlying problem for the blood flow and need more details. As prophylaxis, aspiring is advised as once daily 75 mg only.
