Is Hiatia Hernia Related With Sore Muscles ?

I m 63 female.I have upper left arm and sore muscle pain noticeably after eating. Had stress test and was fine . Was told I had hiatia hernia a couple of years ago. Could this be the problem. I thought it was from the flu shot but that was 3 weeks ago
