Is High Cholesterol,BP And Ferritin Values Related And Diet To Follow?
I am a 65yr old female. My latest cholesterol reading is 6.7 and my ferritin count is 302.6. BP seem to be a bit high as well but other than that all my other screening results are very good. Would these 3 higher than normal counts be connected and what could I do to improve them and should I be worried. I am fit and exercise daily. i have a fairly healthy diet. If I donate blood do I still need to pull things like reed meat, broccoli and red wine out of my diet.????
