Hi,

I understand you are worried. Your concern is valid. But let me tell you that in my personal experience for about 10 years in medicine, it is very rare that such drugs may harm a person by taking just one tablet or all of them, provided he is not allergic to any of them. If he is allergic to any of these medicines, he would get rash, itching, edema and nausea. He should then be immediately rushed to hospital for treatment.

If patient is taking these medications for too long and he is stable enough; then take him to an outpatient department and run some labs like renal functions, liver functions and serum magnesium levels. Please do show him to a neurologist just to tweak his medicines for Parkinson's Disease, as he is taking multiple medicines. Or neurologist may alter your treatment plan.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
