Is Hymenectomy, A Cause Of Pain Pelvic Region ?

I had the hymenectomy surgery about five years ago and I always have sharp pains in my pelvis area. I also have a veryyy irregular menstrual cycle , and me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive and its been very hard I was wondering did my surgey may be the reason for all of this ?

hi healthcare magic user, hymenectomy generally doesn't lead to pain in pelvis.
if you had difficulties in sex their is possibility that it could be due to surgery but needs examination.
please get pelvic ultrasound done to rule out endometrosis and PCOD
so that cause for pain can be diagnosed.
