Is Hyper Pigmentation Of The Skin On The Perineum A Concern?
Hi, I’ve just noticed I have a black area of skin on my perineum, it seems to be on both sides of where I tore in childbirth. I have three kids, the youngest is almost three and I’ve just noticed this. Is this something to be concerned about? Thanks.

It could be due to that tear itself. These areas are pigmentation prone. So, hopefully no need to worry about it.
Having said that always there is rare chance of diseases those are not good and without seeing you not possible to comment. So please visit a dermatologist.
