Is Hysterectomy Required For Uterine Fibroid?

Hi, I suffered a dvt in my left leg 6th of June this year. I was on Claxene and now on Warfarin. My INR has been around 2 so not 2.5 as required to be therapeutic. My dvt is due to a large fibroid. My gynaecologist has put me on GNrh injections to reduce the size of the fibroid which was 10cm x 12cm. I don t know how soon to go for the hysterectomy whether to do it in October which is what is being suggested or wait till next year and stay on the warfarin for longer. I am really confused whether it would be safe to go for the hysterectomy now as my life has been put on hold. Thank you.
